					About Us Company profile The Company ELM Building Service Engineers Ltd are a small dedicated team of mechanical and electrical contracting engineers to the industrial, commercial, retail and leisure industries. We have 2N° offices, 1N° based in Manchester and the other based in Wakefield. Elm Building Service Engineers Ltd are affiliated to the Construction Line and are an NICEIC approved contractor. Our Aim ELM Engineers have the philosophy shared by all the company team members which is to ensure the contracts we undertake, no matter what size, are carried out in line with all our individual clients requirements at the forefront of design. We believe that projects are not complete until the operations of each build we undertake is up and running to the clients satisfaction and requirements. To do this we feel our engineers need to be involved as early as possible in the design and planning of the projects we are requested to undertake Cost and Program As our industry is becoming more fast track it is a necessity to be aware of the critical importance of cost and program. To try and ensure that we keep up to speed with this ethos we implicate on all of our projects weekly progress reports, site reports and weekly snag sheets which are all issued to the immediate client and on request by others. Management and Supervision Our management base has vast experience in the commercial, industrial, retail and leisure industries including prestige clients such as David Lloyd Leisure, M.O.D. projects, Fullers Hotels and Breweries, Six Continents (Holiday Inn), Macdonald Hotels and Virgin Active. To ensure such clients are satisfied with our service we put together a site management and operative team that are not only highly qualified and experienced but are fully aware of the day to day site issues such as co-ordination, and what we describe as a think on your feet attitude which basically relates to a pro-active immediate response to site issues which happen every day on sites throughout the U.K. Company Insurances Please find below details of our insurances.
